Lord Goldsmith, Att.Gen. of U.K. mute in threatened murder

Link to Attorney General of the U.K., Lord Goldsmith: http://www.lslo.gov.uk/

The letters below are self-explanatory. It illustrates how the secret cults freemasons and its younger criminal organisation the pyrates have perverted the criminal justice system in the United Kingdom.

If the Attorney General of a first-world, civilised nation that gave us the Magna Carte shies away from his responsiblities in a case of at least ten criminal offences committed (including threatening my life with a six-inch blade knife) against the prevailing law of the state, then you wonder what is left of the criminal justice system.

For the personal attention of the Attorney General, Lord Goldsmith QC.

Lord Goldsmith QC.
Attorney General of the United Kingdom
9 Buckingham Gate
London
SW1

Dear Sir: Ilford police station ref: 44110350/05: battering and threatening of the life of Dr. J. A. T. OVADJE with a six-inch blade knife; acts by the police which constitute criminal offences according to existing statutes in the United Kingdom.

Thank you sir for your letter of 10th June 2005.

From your letter, you do not have the power either as the Attorney General or as a lawyer (who is a friend of the law with public interest watchdog function) to make a phone call and request (not order) of the police authorities or its supervisory bodies, that any errors in the investigation of my case (or any case for that matter) be corrected.

The last line of the second paragraph of your letter states In particular, he does not have the power to initiate a police investigation. I feel this is misleading. I asked for you to request that errors be amended and more evidence taken at a scene of a crime, not initiate an investigation.

I believe it is the norm for prosecuting attorneys to demand more evidence etc. of the police so as to improve chances of a successful prosecution. The police in such cases may return to the scene of crime for more evidence, sometimes years after an incident. Attorneys have sometimes demanded the exhumation of bodies long buried, so as to improve the chances of prosecution.

Let us imagine that (GOD forbid) somebody assaulted the Prime Minister and pressed a knife against his throat in London. From you letter, the Attorney General would simply continue as if nothing happened and leave it to the police. Whether there is a prosecution or not would not be his responsibility! I believe not. Rather, after waiting for sometime, he would phone the Metropolitan Police Commissioner and enquire why the delay in prosecution and request that the scene be photographed and the forensic team, more eye- witness accounts obtained etc. to improve the chances of a successful prosecution.

From your letter, in effect, any man can murder successfully in the United Kingdom. All one need do is bribe the investigating officer(s). They will DELIBERATELY botch the investigation. When the victim’s relatives complain, the Attorney General can refer them to the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC). Whilst the IPCC may punish the officers, the murder will never be investigated. After serving whatever punishment, the policemen can enjoy their booty.

A surgeon refuses to operate on a patient. Instead of saving the life of the patient first, before investigating the conduct of the surgeon, by your position, doctors can let the patient die. Later, the Attorney General can refer the dead patient’s relatives to pursue the conduct of the surgeon at the General Medical Council.

I believe the law did not intend the police to be a law unto itself, which is what the second paragraph of your letter implies. I believe spirit of the law intended liasing between the Attorney General and the Police. The same way a surgeon requests that instruments be sterilised properly by the nursing staff so that he may operate, so the Attorney General can request further evidence or statements etc. to improve the chances of prosecution.

To claim that a rigid line separates your office and the police is to defeat the spirit of the law and defeat justice before it reaches the courts. I feel it is shying away from responsibility. The question is why?

I believe that your action (or lack of it) is not tenable in law. And even if it were, it means that a loophole exists in existing statutes for the police to deliberately perverse the course of justice. If that were the case, then one would have expected you to act with despatch to expose such a deficit with the involvement of other institutions (e.g. cabinet, parliament, academia) to find a remedy in the short term and initiate statutes to plug such loophole in the long term. I have not been informed that you have done either.

Whilst I do not demand perfection from any human, well, your silence not only about my case but future cases of calculated perversion of justice, to me, means that you are satisfied with the current state of affairs. I feel disappointed about such position.

If my assailant Sarah had murdered me with that knife (GOD forbid), my aged mother would certainly have come to the U.K. from Nigeria. You would have told her go to the IPCC, I cannot phone the police that the murder of your son be properly investigated and any errors amended.

The bible describes an olive tree as a blessing both to God and man. Its oil is used for the worship of God and in the healing and feeding of man.

Sir, the question for you to ask yourself is: Am I an olive tree? Are my actions a blessing unto God and to man? If they are, then feel free to continue. If they are not, then ask yourself: should I reconsider my position as Attorney General?

I leave you with these questions.

I would like to let you know that my trust in the Lord Jesus is unshakeable. It is not over until Jesus says so. I have always overcome through HIS power and HE has never failed to clear my path of all obstacles as stated in Matthew Chapter 15 verse 13 every plant, which my Heavenly Father hath not planted will be uprooted.

God bless you.

Sincerely,

J. A. T. Ovadje (Dr.)

THIS IS A TEXT COPY OF THE LETTER FROM ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE U.K.

Dr. J. A. T. Ovadje

IG1 3DW

Dear Dr. Ovadje:

Thank you for your letters of 23 May and 3 June, to the Attorney General. I have been asked to reply.

My colleague Tim Streven’s letter of 5 May advised you to take up your complaints against the police with the local force, and failing that, with the Independent Police Complaints Commission. This was correct advice.

The police are responsible for investigating allegations of crime. Following an investigation, the police may decided to: take no further action; instigate proceedings by charge or summons in certain cases; or refer the matter to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) for a decision as to whether a prosecution should be brought. The Attorney superintends the CPS, as you have noted from our website, and is accountable to Parliament for their activities, but he is not involved in the decisions referred to above. In particular, he does not have the power to initiate a police investigation.

I understand the distress caused you by recent events and can only imagine how traumatic they must have been for you. This office in no way belittles that: but you are asking the Attorney General to do something which he is not simply empowered to do.

Yours sincerely,

CHRISTOPHER SIMPSON

Dear Sir: Ilford police station ref: 4410350/05: battering and threatening of the life of Dr. J. A. T. Ovadje with a six-inch blade knife; acts by the police which constitute criminal offences according to existing statutes in the United Kingdom.

I wrote to you on the above subject on the 23rd of May 2005 and personally delivered it to your office.

I am concerned as I am yet to hear from you. The evidence of the assailant’s destruction of my room is still awaiting collection today 3rd of June , 2005; 41 days after I was assaulted, battered and threatened with death whilst a knife was pressed against my throat.

I would like to tell my children that the system works and the rule of law is sacrosanct. The reading for today in the Word, a daily prayer guide includes Matthew chapter 12 verse 33 of the bible which says Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt : for the tree is known by his fruit.

I would appreciate your reply as soon as possible.

Many thanks and God bless you.

23rd May 2005

For the personal attention of the Attorney General of the United Kingdom.

Lord Goldsmith QC
Attorney General of the United Kingdom
9 Buckingham Gate
London
SWIE 6JP

Dear Sir: Ilford police station ref: 44110350/05: battering and threatening of the life of Dr. J. A. T. Ovadje with a six-inch blade knife; acts by the police which constitute criminal offences according to existing statutes in the United Kingdom.

Further to my previous letter to you, I am writing to you again on this matter. I believe you did not read my last letter. This letter and the attached package, clearly demonstrate deliberate, malicious, planned and repetitive acts by the policemen (supposed to investigate the case) that constitute criminal acts according to existing statutes.

There is no doubt that you are the Chief Law Officer in the United Kingdom From the web site of your office, I write a few excerpts on the role of your office:

1. 1.1 the Attorney General performs a varied and wide range of functions. In the discharge of their functions, the Law Officer attach the greatest importance to the principles of fairness, independence and accountability.

2. a) Legal Adviser to Government;

b) Superintending Minister;

(c) One of three Ministers responsible for the criminal justice system;

(d) Guardian of the public interest;

(e) Functions in relation to (i) Parliament and (ii) the legal profession.

3. 1.9: The Director of Public Prosecutions, Ken Macdonald QC, the head of the CPS, is appointed by, and operates under the superintendence of, the Attorney General. The Attorney General is accountable to Parliament for all matters relating to the CPS.

4. 1.17: Public interest functions: Where, on the other hand, the Attorney General acts as guardian of the public interest, he is acting in a wholly independent and quasi-judicial capacity and not as a member of the Government... In carrying out such public interest functions, the Attorney General may seek the views of Ministerial colleagues on where the public interest lies (through what is known as "the Shawcross exercise"), but ultimately the relevant decision is for him alone. All the Attorney's functions in relation to individual criminal cases fall under this head.

5. Leader of the Bar — the Attorney General has always been the Leader of the Bar ex officio. Both he and the Solicitor General attend meetings of the Bar Council, and the Attorney General chairs the Annual General Meeting of the Bar

It is my belief that from the roles of your office as above, the Attorney General cannot see a series of crimes being committed and look the other way. Even a private solicitor without a public office is a friend of the law and has a public interest watchdog function.

While the letter from Mr. Strevens refers to the Independent Police Complaints Commission a process that investigates complaints against the police, the first issue here is collection of the evidence, which then increases the chance of a successful prosecution of the assailant.

If a surgeon fails to carry out an operation, I believe the first duty is to operate the patient and save life. Then we can investigate the conduct of the surgeon. Doing the latter alone, will kill the patient even if the surgeon is found guilty.

The evidence of the assailant’s destruction of my room is still awaiting collection today 23rd of May 2005, 31 days after I was assaulted, battered and threatened with death by a knife pressed against my throat.

I would like to be able to tell my children that the system works and the rule of law is sacrosanct.

I know even a phone call from you asking that any anomalies in the investigation be corrected with a view to fruitful prosecution will suffice. I do not for any moment underestimate the power of your office.

Sir, I believe it is within your power to act to ensure that justice is done in this case. I would appreciate your necessary action.

God bless you.

Sincerely,

Dr. J. A. T. Ovadje

Thank you for your letter of 3rd May addressed to the Attorney General. I have been asked to reply.

I was sorry to read of the attack on yourself which I’m sure must have been a horrific experience for you.

The Attorney General is the principal legal adviser to Government, and as such cannot give legal advice or assistance to individuals. He has no role to play in relation to individual court decisions, save in particular circumstances, which do not apply here (e.g. appeals against sentences thought to be unduly lenient). He has no role to play in relation to charging decisions or the actions of the police or the Courts.

You are plainly unhappy with the way the police handled this case. If you have a complaint against the police, you should take it up with the local force. If you exhaust that process, there is an independent Police Complaints Commission:

Murder and maiming just like the terrorist organizations: freemasons and pyrates confraternity. A parliamentary and judicial enquiry must be launched today.

This message has been sent to most members of parliament of the United Kingdom including the Prime Minister.

Murder and maiming just like the terrorist organizations: freemasons
and pyrates confraternity. A parliamentary and judicial enquiry must be
launched today.

I have to send this messsage again as my mail has been hijacked. This
happened after BT "repaired" the line that was not spoilt at new
internet café where I type and browse.

As we learn of the terrorists that carried out last week's bombings, we
should not forget the other terrorist organizations, the freemasons and
pyrates confraternity who murder and pervert the course of justice.
They :

1. Attempted to murder me in 2000.

2. Murdered my brother Ejoke Ovadje a solicitor, in Nigeria, by shots
fired from an AK 47. The bullets went through the carotid arteries of
his neck. This happened on November 19th 2002; because he was ran for
office there on an anti-corruption platform. Till date, my family has
heard neither a sentence nor a word from the Nigerian police because these cultists
suppressed the investigation and its results thereof.

3. Caused the death of my son

4. Drove me a bereaved father, from the Great Ormond Street Hospital
and preventing me from seeing the corpse of my son that died there.

5. Holding hostage my estranged wife Mrs. Olayinka Ovadje and my
children

6. Attempted blindness in 2001 and 2005

7. Threatened and intimidated me that I would not practice as a
medical doctor.

8. poisoning me with chemicals

9. Insecticide poisoning

10. gas poisoning

11. Disrupting hormone levels and disturbing the sleep/wake cycle.

12. Sponsoring the battering and threatening of my life with an
offensive weapon by my neighbour Sarah on 23/04/05

13. Sponsoring the blackmails, threats and intimidation that I
received from the police who refused to take evidence or investigate so that
she would not be prosecuted

14. Burglary/Unlawful entry into my room

15. falsification of my blood tests results and swapping the false for the true blood reports

16. Threatening the internet café where I type and browse

Independent Police Complaints Comm (IPCC) U.K. colludes with police to pervert justice

Independent Police Complaints Commission: http://www.ipcc.gov.uk/

The IPCC is colluding with the police to pervert the course of justice. Below are copies of the communication between the IPCC and myself. It shows how a body created by parliament and that fully explained its role in its first e-mail to me, suddenly did not know how to 'progress with my complaint.' The IPCC simply threw the law of the land to the dogs, so to speak.

A few weeks ago, the BBC Radio 4 reported that 'the IPCC has over a hundred investigators, many of whom are former policemen. The same IPCC now refuses to investigate perversion of justice and criminal acts by police officers contrary to U.K. law. The law of the lansd is being supplanted by the law of the coven at night.

The Bible in Philippians chapter 3 verse 2 says: beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of concision.

This shows how the system especially criminal justice system becomes perverted by secret cults. According to the bible, satan's only function is to steal, to kill and to destroy. Read the actions of satan's ambassador's on earth, the secret cults especially the freemasons and its younger brother the pyrates.

Dear Sir or Madam: Complaints against the conduct and misconduct of Police Officers 763, 655, 584 all of Ilford Police station and Detectives Evans and Bartle of Barkingside police station. Ilford police ref: 44110350/05.

Further to my last letter of 14/06/05, I forgot to mention the following:
1. Your letter of 23/05/05 stated originally sent 27 April. This is certainly untrue.

2. The first communication I received from your commission was after I came to your office on 06/05/05. I complained right there and in my letter. See paragraph 4 of my letter of 06/06/05.

3. Your e-mail of Friday 06/05/05 at 13:53:51 +0100 is an introductory e-mail. If you have already been handling my case prior to 06/05/05, why send an introductory e-mail on that date?

4. The same e-mail of yours dated 06/05/05 and timed 13:53:51 +0100 details the function of your commission. The first paragraph specifically details your functions. The question now is: has Parliament made another law to change what you yourselves have acknowledged to be your function?

5. I have enclosed a copy of your e-mail in this letter for your perusal.

6. I have also enclosed a copy of the signed receipt showing that you received my detailed 22-page complaint of conduct and misconduct against the specified police officers, on the 19th May 2005. It is now a month and it seems you are still debating whether or not to carry out your function as prescribed by law and which you already know.

7. Like I said, it is your choice whether you decide to obey laws as prescribed by parliament or not. God has given us free will. Many thanks and God bless you.

Dear Dr. Ovadje: RE: YOUR REPEATED REFUSAL TO GIVE CONSENT

Further to your recent letters to the IPCC, and your refusal to discuss this matter on the telephone, I must point put that your decision to withhold your consent leaves the IPCC with no
alternative but to put your complaint against the Metropolitan Police on hold.

As I have already explained, without consent the IPCC is unable to pass on the details of a complaint to the Professional Standards Department of the police, which is responsible for enforcing standards of conduct within the force, unless the details of the complaint indicate that it is in the public interest for it to be brought to their attention.

Should you wish to provide the IPCC with your consent to forward your details to the Metropolitan police, or discuss any of the matters enclosed, please contact me on the above telephone number.

Thank you for your recent letter of June 8th 2005. On this occasion I have communicated with you by telephone, via your receptionist. I would normally only write to you.

I told her to let you know that I will not speak with you on the telephone. We have already been through all these before. Whatever you have for me, please send it by post. My GOD is a GOD of truth and as such, I have no time for semantics. I apologise if my statement appears rude but I am only telling it as it is.

I think we should be careful what we wish for. From your letter of 06/05/05, the impression is that the IPCC is merely there to note complaints and pass on the details to the force. The Good Lord may grant your prayers in which case, a small room in Whitehall may suffice for that role.

If the commission is unsure of how to handle my complaint as required by law and how we can progress with my complaint, I suggest a second look at the statutes. The Police Reform Act of 2002 should be a good place to start.

All I ask is: please keep me up to date with the progress in your handling my complaint as required by law.

It is your choice whether you decide to obey the laws as prescribed by parliament or not. God has given us free will.

1. I would like to remind you that you should please keep me up to date with the progress in your handling my complaint as required by law.

2. I would like to remind you that the actions and intentions of the police officers concerned were criminal, within and contrary to existing statutes as detailed my complaint

3. I hereby inform you that I have not complained to the IPCC for "enforcing standard of conduct by the Professional Standards Department of the Police". Besides I have not found that in existing law regarding your commission.

Accordingly, I have decided to ignore your requests for an agreement or consent as to that line of action, as I believe these are not legal.

Please handle my complaint as required by law.

4. Please note that whilst I sent you mail on 25/04/05, it was only when I came to your office on Friday 6th May and got a signed receipt that you decided to acknowledge my case for the first time.

On that same day 06/05/05, none of your officials would see me. The receipt was signed by your security staff. 5 minutes later, Mr. G. Forward called my mobile phone number to say he wanted to discuss with me. I told him I preferred to return to your meet him even if, in the lobby of your building. He refused any physical meeting saying what he had, could only be discussed on the phone. I declined the phone discussion and asked him to write me.

5. I am noticing a trend of trying to side track the main issue. Please return to the main objective i.e. handle my complaint according to law.

Dear Dr Ovadje

Thank you for your e-mail.

The independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) deals with complaints and conduct matters against police officers and staff. Misconduct could include a police officer or member of police staff being rude to you or using excessive force. It could also include unlawful arrest or an abuse of your rights.

We are not responsible for the policies of the Metropolitan Police. Complaints about the policy of a police force, organisation issues and/or the allocation of resources, rather than the acts, omissions, or conduct of individual officer or group of officers would not be recorded as complaints or dealt with under the Police Reform Act 2002. Such maters should be referred to the appropriate police authority responsible for the police force in question, or the relevant Member of Parliament.

Your complaint has been forwarded to the caseworkers who deal with all complaints, and enquiries regarding complaints. They will be in touch with you shortly. However if you would like to speak directly to a caseworker, please call 08453 002 002 and press 1 at the prompt.

Sir Ian Blair the London Metropolitan Police Commissioner, condoned perversion of justice.

Metropolitan Police: http://www.met.police.uk/

I contacted the police commissioner. Well, I wrote to the Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Ian Blair, via e-mail then letters (with recorded postal receipts) on the 25th and 26th of April 2005 to complain of these issues.

Till today I am yet to receive an acknowledgement or reply. Neither did he request his officers to correct any anomalies in the investigation of the case.

Perhaps, Sir Ian Blair can explain to you why he refused to act.

This shows you the depth of the level of corruption and perversion of justice in the system by THE SECRET CULTS especially freemasons and its younger brother the pyrates.

freemasons cult pyrates kill police corruption ipcc
freemasons cult pyrates kill
