Independent Police Complaints Comm (IPCC) U.K. colludes with police to pervert justice
Independent Police Complaints Commission: http://www.ipcc.gov.uk/
The IPCC is colluding with the police to pervert the course of justice. Below are copies of the communication between the IPCC and myself. It shows how a body created by parliament and that fully explained its role in its first e-mail to me, suddenly did not know how to 'progress with my complaint.' The IPCC simply threw the law of the land to the dogs, so to speak.
A few weeks ago, the BBC Radio 4 reported that 'the IPCC has over a hundred investigators, many of whom are former policemen. The same IPCC now refuses to investigate perversion of justice and criminal acts by police officers contrary to U.K. law. The law of the lansd is being supplanted by the law of the coven at night.
The Bible in Philippians chapter 3 verse 2 says: beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of concision.
This shows how the system especially criminal justice system becomes perverted by secret cults. According to the bible, satan's only function is to steal, to kill and to destroy. Read the actions of satan's ambassador's on earth, the secret cults especially the freemasons and its younger brother the pyrates.

Dear Sir or Madam: Complaints against the conduct and misconduct of Police Officers 763, 655, 584 all of Ilford Police station and Detectives Evans and Bartle of Barkingside police station. Ilford police ref: 44110350/05.
Further to my last letter of 14/06/05, I forgot to mention the following:
1. Your letter of 23/05/05 stated originally sent 27 April. This is certainly untrue.
2. The first communication I received from your commission was after I came to your office on 06/05/05. I complained right there and in my letter. See paragraph 4 of my letter of 06/06/05.
3. Your e-mail of Friday 06/05/05 at 13:53:51 +0100 is an introductory e-mail. If you have already been handling my case prior to 06/05/05, why send an introductory e-mail on that date?
4. The same e-mail of yours dated 06/05/05 and timed 13:53:51 +0100 details the function of your commission. The first paragraph specifically details your functions. The question now is: has Parliament made another law to change what you yourselves have acknowledged to be your function?
5. I have enclosed a copy of your e-mail in this letter for your perusal.
6. I have also enclosed a copy of the signed receipt showing that you received my detailed 22-page complaint of conduct and misconduct against the specified police officers, on the 19th May 2005. It is now a month and it seems you are still debating whether or not to carry out your function as prescribed by law and which you already know.
7. Like I said, it is your choice whether you decide to obey laws as prescribed by parliament or not. God has given us free will. Many thanks and God bless you.
Sincerely,

Dear Dr. Ovadje: RE: YOUR REPEATED REFUSAL TO GIVE CONSENT
Further to your recent letters to the IPCC, and your refusal to discuss this matter on the telephone, I must point put that your decision to withhold your consent leaves the IPCC with no
alternative but to put your complaint against the Metropolitan Police on hold.
As I have already explained, without consent the IPCC is unable to pass on the details of a complaint to the Professional Standards Department of the police, which is responsible for enforcing standards of conduct within the force, unless the details of the complaint indicate that it is in the public interest for it to be brought to their attention.
Should you wish to provide the IPCC with your consent to forward your details to the Metropolitan police, or discuss any of the matters enclosed, please contact me on the above telephone number.
Yours sincerely

Thank you for your recent letter of June 8th 2005. On this occasion I have communicated with you by telephone, via your receptionist. I would normally only write to you.
I told her to let you know that I will not speak with you on the telephone. We have already been through all these before. Whatever you have for me, please send it by post. My GOD is a GOD of truth and as such, I have no time for semantics. I apologise if my statement appears rude but I am only telling it as it is.
I think we should be careful what we wish for. From your letter of 06/05/05, the impression is that the IPCC is merely there to note complaints and pass on the details to the force. The Good Lord may grant your prayers in which case, a small room in Whitehall may suffice for that role.
If the commission is unsure of how to handle my complaint as required by law and how we can progress with my complaint, I suggest a second look at the statutes. The Police Reform Act of 2002 should be a good place to start.
All I ask is: please keep me up to date with the progress in your handling my complaint as required by law.
It is your choice whether you decide to obey the laws as prescribed by parliament or not. God has given us free will.
Many thanks and God bless you Sincerely,

1. I would like to remind you that you should please keep me up to date with the progress in your handling my complaint as required by law.
2. I would like to remind you that the actions and intentions of the police officers concerned were criminal, within and contrary to existing statutes as detailed my complaint
3. I hereby inform you that I have not complained to the IPCC for "enforcing standard of conduct by the Professional Standards Department of the Police". Besides I have not found that in existing law regarding your commission.
Accordingly, I have decided to ignore your requests for an agreement or consent as to that line of action, as I believe these are not legal.
Please handle my complaint as required by law.
4. Please note that whilst I sent you mail on 25/04/05, it was only when I came to your office on Friday 6th May and got a signed receipt that you decided to acknowledge my case for the first time.
On that same day 06/05/05, none of your officials would see me. The receipt was signed by your security staff. 5 minutes later, Mr. G. Forward called my mobile phone number to say he wanted to discuss with me. I told him I preferred to return to your meet him even if, in the lobby of your building. He refused any physical meeting saying what he had, could only be discussed on the phone. I declined the phone discussion and asked him to write me.
5. I am noticing a trend of trying to side track the main issue. Please return to the main objective i.e. handle my complaint according to law.
The whole world is watching and I am sending copies of this letter to relevant persons and authorities. Most importantly, God is enthroned. He is Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent.
6. Please keep me up to date with your handling of my complaint as required by law.
I hope to hear from you soon.

Dear Dr Ovadje
Thank you for your e-mail.
The independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) deals with complaints and conduct matters against police officers and staff. Misconduct could include a police officer or member of police staff being rude to you or using excessive force. It could also include unlawful arrest or an abuse of your rights.
We are not responsible for the policies of the Metropolitan Police. Complaints about the policy of a police force, organisation issues and/or the allocation of resources, rather than the acts, omissions, or conduct of individual officer or group of officers would not be recorded as complaints or dealt with under the Police Reform Act 2002. Such maters should be referred to the appropriate police authority responsible for the police force in question, or the relevant Member of Parliament.
Your complaint has been forwarded to the caseworkers who deal with all complaints, and enquiries regarding complaints. They will be in touch with you shortly. However if you would like to speak directly to a caseworker, please call 08453 002 002 and press 1 at the prompt.
Kind regards
